30 Day Blog Challenge ... Day 10

30 Day Blog Challenge
{Day 10}
"Your Guilty Pleasure {Or Pleasures!}

Today is Day 10 of the 30 Day Blog Challenge!  The topic of the day is your guilty pleasure, or pleasures.  So here we go!  We all have at least one guilty pleasure, and I'm definitely guilty of a few myself.

Coffee- I am 110% a coffee addict!  I don't think I've ever been known to turn down a cup of coffee.  I can drink it morning, afternoon, even the middle of the night!  Strangely enough, my favorite coffee is McDonald's.  The crew know me either by "the coffee lady" or by my name.  I have made a few great friends there!  They even know my sugar and cream ratio.  I love it!  People ask me why I don't make my own coffee, since that would be cheaper.  Plain truth is I can't make a decent cup of coffee that suits my taste buds to save my life.  I own two coffee pots people have tried to give me as gifts.  I say more like hints, but I don't use them.  So yeah, coffee is one of my guilty pleasures!

Cigarettes- This is one of my guilty pleasures I am not proud of at all.  I have been smoking since a teen, and aside from the gazillion ways I have tried to quit, I just haven't found "my moment" yet.  I did however make an agreement with my doctor that next visit we will be talking seriously about how I can kick this habit.  Not only is it expensive, I hate smelling like smoke.  I also do not want my kids to grow up and follow in my footsteps with smoking.  And in case you're wondering, I do smoke outside!  This is a guilty habit that actually makes me feel "guilty".

Reality Television- Yes, I do love my reality television!  I love watching Big Brother, Survivor, Teen Mom, and even Jersey Shore.  If you really think about it, it is pretty strange to enjoy watching people just basically being people.  I do also love documentaries and anything to do with psychology/sociology, so I guess reality television intrigues me as someone interested in the behavior and motive processes others possess.  Guess its a good thing I'm going to school for Psychology!
So What Are Your Guilty Pleasures?

  1. I can relate to your guilty pleasures. I absolutely am a sucker for reality TV. I also am obsessed with coffee. And well..cigarettes, I've been able to kick that bad habit about a year ago. After having kids I kept telling myself I'd stop even though I was more of a "stressed" smoker and "social" smoker. I've been able to no longer need it. I hope you can kick your "guilty" pleasure someday!!!
