This year I have a checklist of goals I want to achieve. I try not to weigh too heavily on the whole New Year's resolution because usually when I say that, it backfires lol! One of my biggest goals for this year is to lose some extra pounds. Problem is I loath exercise. I'm a baby when it comes to this. First off, I hate sweating (I know, who doesn't right?). I'm the type of gal that would much prefer a cold rainy day than a warm summer one any day! My body also for some reason likes to make me think I'm dying every time I exercise. No joke! I swear, after only five minutes of some good aerobics or treadmill activity I look like I'm about to fall over dead! I actually have to make sure I do my work outs when the kids are in school now because I think I've traumatized them. All I hear is "Mom, I don't think you should be doing that" or "Are you okay, you look like you're going to pass out!". It's not like I'm morbidly obese. I would like to lose a good 40 pounds that tacked on after the twins were born. How do these girls in the work out videos make it look so easy? Anyways, here's my goal checklist for 2012...
Lose 40 pounds
Quit smoking (I really really need to do this!)
Transfer in the fall to my University of choice to pursue my Bachelor's in Psychology
Get a great job working in therapy with children
Take more time for ME
