Day 11 of the 21 Day Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge


Today is Day 11 of the 21 Day Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge put on by Dustin Maher, author of Fit Moms for Life.  Today was a pretty good day!  I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of core exercises.  Even though the scale didn't show me any significant love last time I weighed in, I think I'm losing some inches because the thighs of my jeans are getting roomier.  Score!  My only fault today was caving in to a piece of french bread with dinner.  I just love bakery fresh french bread and I couldn't resist!  Had to minus my point for that one! Tomorrow was supposed to be my designated day off day, but since I took the other day off because of midterms I'm actually going to stick to my workout tomorrow to make up for it.  Now I'm going to skedaddle and get some homework done!
