Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Today is Day 14 of the 21 Day Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge put on by Dustin Maher, author of Fit Moms for Life. I skipped two days of blogging, my apologies. I have been doing my workouts and eating plan, just been way too busy to blog about this, or anything else for that matter! It's the second week of midterms for me and I had to give my blogging a break to study hard. Tomorrow is weigh in and I hope to see better results than my one pound loss from last week. I'm feeling so much more healthy and energized already from this program and I think I can actually continue this past the challenge! I hope everyone had a wonderful and amazing Valentine's Day!
