It's Day 6 of the 21 Day Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge put on by Dustin Maher, author of Fit Moms for Life. Once again I got my exercise in way later than I had hoped due to an unexpected early morning turned into half the day visit from my mother in law. I had a good 45 min. workout of strength and cardio tonight. Tomorrow I have three exams to go take at the college. The testing building has three flights of stairs I take to get up there and I have always struggled with it being out of breath, out of shape, out of whack lol! I don't know if I will see a huge improvement with it only being six days so far, but I hope tomorrow I notice at least some difference after taking the stairs. What I was proud of today was that I exercised despite this massive migraine I've had all day. What I could of done better is if I would have eaten some veggies. I'm off to go study now, tomorrow is a busy day for me!
