World Aids Day 2012

Every day 900 children are infected with AIDS.  90% of those children infected with HIV are a result of being passed from mother to child. What if we could knock that number down to 0?  The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation sees this as a possibility and has set a goal for that number by 2015.  This goal is achievable and prevention of new infections possible through preventative care.  As we approach December 1, 2012 (World AIDS Day), I encourage you to consider a donation to help stop these infections from occurring with a donation of $30.00 that will help fund the treatment of an HIV positive mother for one whole month.  If you are interested in donating you can click here for more information.

You can also help spread the word by tweeting one of the sample tweets below.  Thank You  :)
