Slower Cooker Recipe: Sweet and Tangy Chili

This One Will Have You Going Back For Seconds!

If you're looking for a chili recipe that is sure to be a crowd hit, this is a must try! My kids love this one because it's not spicy like most chili recipes tend to be. What I also love is that I can throw the ingredients together in the morning and the slow cooker takes care of the rest until dinner time!

Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
* 1 package of chili seasoning mix
* 1 medium onion (chopped)
* 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
* 1 (14 1/2 oz) can of diced tomatoes
* 2 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste
* 1 can of beef broth
* 1/2 cup of brown sugar
* 4 (15oz.) cans of kidney beans
* 1 (15 oz) can of whole kernel corn (drained)
* 1/2 of a (4oz) can of Ortega Diced Green Chilies
* Optional Garnish: Shredded Cheese and/or Sour Cream

Directions:
1) Brown your hamburger meat and drain. Add to slow cooker.
2) Add your chopped onion, minced garlic, chili mix, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, brown sugar, kidney beans, corn, and diced chilies to your slow cooker. Stir well.
3) Set your slow cooker to cook on low for 8-10 hours.
4) Serve with or without optional garnish and enjoy!
