Day 5 of the 21 Day Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge

Today was Day 5 of the 21 Day Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge put on by Dustin Maher, author of Fit Moms for Life.  Not much going on today, as today was my one off day for the week.  I figured six days of workouts was plenty.  Sundays will be my off days for the duration of this program.  Mama needs to rest!  Considering it was Super Bowl Sunday, I didn't eat anything bad, hooray!  In fact, I can't believe how much I'm enjoying whole grain toast with all natural peanut butter.  Yummy!  So I stayed within my diet today, no exercise as that will resume tomorrow.  My personal achievement for the day is that I was able to fit at least 8 grams of protein into breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the first time.  I'm holding off to weigh in until Wednesday which would be the end of the first week.  I'm excited though!  Any other mom bloggers that want to get in on next month's 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge just leave a comment here and I will send you the details and exclusive code to gain access and freebies to start!
