5 Unique Repurposed Projects For The Home

Repurposed projects are fun because they take what some might consider trash, and then from that you create something completely different, giving it a whole new life!  I just love some of the crafty DIY repurposed projects out there to discover {especially with Pinterest keeping me glued to the screen with new ideas constantly!}.  Here are my current top 5 unique repurposed projects for the home.  I really wish I would have saved one of the kids' cribs now that I've seen #5, but I could always keep my eyes peeled for a good thrift shop score!

1)  Headboard made from salvaged oars by BlueVelvetChair.blogspot.com

2)  Pallets repurposed to create a cozy table and bench on your patio by Obzfamily.blogspot.com

3)  Record side table by TheFlourishingAbode.com

4)  Bathtub Couch - While I wasn't able to find a DIY tutorial on this one, here is the link to the picture and it does say you can purchase these on Etsy {in case you prefer the shortcut way of doing things!} If someone has a tutorial, please comment and share because this looks too interesting not to try and tackle someday!

5)  Crib turned porch swing by HomeImprovementPin.com. No tutorial included but looks like it might not be too hard to pull off in a weekend!
