Day 3 of the 21 Day Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge

Here we go!  Here's my report on Day 3 of the 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge put on by Dustin Maher, author of Fit Moms for Life.  This post is coming later today than I anticipated.  I had a day full of errands and school work, but I just finished my workout and I'm getting this up just in time!

Today went well.  I did drop the ball on eating breakfast today.  Gonna have to minus those points and make sure I eat tomorrow morning!  I decided to take a break today from the weights and focus on cardio and core.  I was still waddling around with sore thighs all day, but this evening (even after working out!) my muscles are starting to relax and the pain is actually lessening. Hooray!  I cannot wait until Wednesday to see how much I will have lost this past week.  I'm loving all this new extra energy I have from working out!  Tomorrow my daughter has an early basketball game, but I will be doing my workout as soon as I get home.  I truly think I can do this!

  1. Hehe I almost forgot about breakfast today! lol I was so busy cleaning up the house and my daughter started getting hungry so if it wasn't for her I would not have eaten breakfast. :)

    No worries tomorrow is another day to move forward! Can't wait to see how everyone does in the before and after pics.
